Account statuses are categorised into 4 different types: Active, Locked, Pending Activation, and Deactivated.
Navigate to the Manage Organisation Administrators (only accessible to System Owner/Joint-Owner Administrator) or the Manage Member page.
Locate the Search bar at the top left corner of the page.
Click on the User Status dropdown menu and select the desired account status. Then click on the Magnifying Glass icon to initiate the search.
The portal will show a list of users that match the chosen account status.
