Summary


In this update, we will be introducing new enhancements to the resource library, user profile administration and meeting management. Additionally, a bug fix has been implemented to address a page tab issue.


New Enhancements


1. Assign Guests as Presenters 

  • Space managers can now assign guests as presenters in the agenda builder.
  • Guest names will be included on the agenda item details page in the exported board pack.


2. New Resource Library Actions

  • Administrators can now:
    • Move files to another folder.
    • Delete empty folders.
    • Rename documents.


3. Enhanced Meeting Files Administration

  • Uploaded files can now be renamed.
  • A search bar has been added to the meeting file tab for easier navigation.


4. Searching by Member Status

  • A new filter has been introduced on the Manage Members and Manage Organisation Administrators pages.
  • Administrators can now filter profiles by status: Locked, Active, Pending Activation and Deactivated.


5. PDF Board Pack Permission Setup

  • A confirmation pop-up for new board pack exports has been added, ensuring proper permission setup.



Bug Fix


  • Issue with incorrect page tab orientation for scanned documents
