Summary


In this update, we are introducing the brand-new Document Library feature. We have also made several improvements to the batch upload limit, exported PDF format, and system notifications. Bugs related to special characters have been fixed.


New Feature


1. Document Library

  • The Document Library can be accessed through the dashboard under the Other Resources section or from the Features in the main menu.
  • Joint-Owner Administrator and Organisation Administrator can share non-meeting files within the Document Library. Folder management is also included.
  • Administrators can assign and edit file permissions, perform versioning, and request digital signatures for these documents.
  • Users can read, annotate, and download files from the Document Library based on the permissions granted.
  • A search bar is available to help locate documents.


Enhancements


1. Increased Batch Upload Limit

  • Admins can upload up to 25 files per batch.


2. Indicate Organisation Information in System Notifications

  • Email subjects indicate the organisation name.
  • Email bodies include the organisation name, along with references to the space name or document library.


3. Custom Cover Page for Exported Board Pack

  • A file can now be selected as the cover page for the PDF board pack.


4. Exported PDF Page Numbers

  • The code in front of the page numbers has been removed.
  • Page numbers are now displayed in bold.


Bug Fixes

  • Issue with uploading files that contain commas (,) in their filenames.
  • Issue with viewing documents if the user's name contains an apostrophe (').
