For Joint Owner Administrator / Organisation Administrator
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security and protection for both user credentials and the resources the user can access. 2FA can be enabled for each organisation for multiple organisation portals.
Follow the steps below to enable 2FA in your organisation:
1. click on Menu
2. On the sidebar, click on Organisation Settings, then click on Company Profile
3. Under Company Information, if Two-Factor Authentication is disabled the status will show "No", click on the pen icon to update
4. Use the toggle to enable Two-factor Authentication, and click Save to exit.
5. Status of 2FA is now Yes, which indicates it is enabled.
