In the meeting overview, the admin can log external guests joining the meeting in the Attendees section. Click the "Guests" button and enter guest names and email addresses. Guest avatar is indicated by an outgoing arrow.
Admin could also record external guests' attendance in the Minutes tab, and add guest(s) as presenter(s) in the agenda builder.
Please note that guests will NOT have the following privileges:
X Access to Boardlogic
X Access to Meeting documents
X Receive any email from Boardlogic
If the Guest requires access to your portal to view documents in a meeting, Admin could use a user license to invite them as a non-member to the space.
