Boardlogic Support

You may receive email(s) about connecting your existing Boardlogic account to the new organisation(s). Instead of finding the link in the email, you can also connect the new organisation(s) in your account settings. 

1. go to Account > My Settings

2. Find Login Profile Set 

3. On the Connected Organisation section click the + to start the link-up process

4. Tick the new organisation(s) and click Confirm

5. There will be a prompt message "Login Profile Set Updated"

Once added you will see the new organisation(s) on the connected organisation list. 

To switch to another organisation, simply go to Account > Switch Organisation and select the organisation you want to enter.
