To sign a document, you may be asked to first upload a digital signing certificate issued by a recognised certification authority in your applicable jurisdiction(s) to the platform. For the avoidance of doubt, Boardfolio is not a certification authority of digital certificates, and we do not validate the legality and applicability of any signing certificates uploaded to the platform.
1. Navigate to My Account > My Settings
2. Click on Signing Certificate under Signature Settings
3. Upload a signing certificate in .pfx or .p12 format and add a description, then Save
