The account activation link is unique for every new user. If anyone has lost the email, or the activation link has expired, follow the steps below to re-send the activation email:
* You have to be a System Owner, Joint Owner Administrator or Organisation Administrator in order to re-send the activation email.
1. Depending on the type of new user, go to
Menu > System Setup > Manage Organisation Administrators, or
Menu > Organisation Settings > Manage Member
2. Click the (...) of the member > Resend Activation Link
The activation link in the user activation email expires after 96 hours of sending. When a link is expired, it becomes invalid and a new link will be required.
