Users with multiple failed login attempts will be locked and see the following error:
Joint Owner Administrator or Organisation Administrator can unlock accounts in Menu > Organisation Settings > Manage Members > (...) on user card > Unlock Member. Once unlocked, the "Locked" label will change to "Active".
