Invite board directors and team members to the Boardlogic portal by creating user accounts (referred to as "Members" in Boardlogic) with emails as Login IDs. Members will receive an email with the activation link to set up passwords.
If a user requires privileges to create and deactivate Members / Spaces, and add members to new spaces and assign space roles, you may need to create the user as an Organisation Administrator instead.
1. Go to Menu > Organisation Settings > Manage Members
2. Create New Member button on upper right
3. Follow the wizard to complete the member creation process
4. Add a member to more Spaces if the member belongs to more committees or groups
Note: the activation link will expire 96hrs after the email is sent. If needed, Admin can resend the activation link.
