You can reset password on the login page.
1. Go to Boardlogic Portal
2. Click Proceed to log in
3. Click Forgot your password?
4. Enter email, click Continue. An email with a password reset link will be sent to your mailbox.
5. Open the password reset link in the email. Enter your email address to continue.
6. Answer the security questions on the next page. Security questions were set up when you first activated your account. If you do not remember the answers, please contact your administrator to reset your account.
7. Input your new password twice. You can now log in with the new password.
